This suite of 8 spreadsheets allows the designer to undertake the structural design and analysis of an industrial concrete pavement using the method developed by Westergaard.
The Westergaard Method is an accepted method of design for any industrial concrete pavements subjected to loading from wheeled vehicles such as warehouse and factory floors and storage areas.
The spreadsheet calculates the maximum stress generated in a user defined slab subjected to a user defined wheel load.
The spreadsheet includes unique features to analyse the effects of alternative pavement thicknesses, allowing the designer to quickly specify a concrete pavement design to suit any required loading conditions.
A further set of spreadsheets are included to allow the designer to calculate the Single Equivalent Wheel Load (SEWL) for various pieces of equipment and for shipping container stacking arrangements. This includes spreadsheets for all commonly used wheeled equipment used in industrial sites.

- A spreadsheet calculating the maximum stress generated in a user defined concrete paving slab subjected to user defined loading conditions.
- 7 Single Wheel Equivalent Load calculation spreadsheets for front lift trucks, reach stackers, straddle carriers, rubber tyred gantry cranes, side lift trucks and tractor/trailer set ups, and for container stacking arrangements.
